Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Sparr.fun ("Sparr", "we", "us") is owned and managed by 15677882 Canada Inc. This page sets out our publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Age requirement
Sparr is for users 18 and older only. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, join debates, or use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts we believe belong to underage users and remove related content.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE / CSAM
We prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including CSAM, grooming, or attempts to solicit minors. Such material and behavior are banned without exception.
Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:
- Uploading, streaming, sharing, or linking to CSAM
- Sexualizing minors in any form (real or fictional)
- Soliciting or grooming anyone under 18
- Using Sparr to arrange sexual contact involving a minor
3. How to report child safety concerns
Users can report child safety concerns in-app. On debates, comments, and profiles, open the menu (⋯) and choose Report. Select Underage user or another applicable reason (including nudity / sexual content) and submit.
You can also email us directly: support@sparr.fun. Include links, usernames, screenshots, and any other details that help us locate the content quickly.
4. How we respond
- We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
- Confirmed CSAE/CSAM or underage accounts are removed; related accounts may be banned.
- We preserve relevant records as needed for investigation and legal compliance.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and authorized child-protection organizations when legally required or appropriate.
5. Reporting to authorities
Sparr complies with applicable child safety laws. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we report to the appropriate regional or national authorities and child-protection hotlines, which may include:
- Canada — Cybertip.ca
- United States — NCMEC CyberTipline
- Local law enforcement when required or appropriate
6. Prevention practices
- 18+ eligibility and onboarding disclaimer
- In-app reporting and user blocking
- Phone verification for participants who create or join debates
- Moderation review of reported content and accounts
