These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sparr.fun (the "Service"), including our website and mobile apps. By creating an account, verifying a phone number, joining a debate, or otherwise using Sparr.fun, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sparr.fun. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We may terminate accounts that we believe belong to underage users.

2. The Service

Sparr.fun is a live video debate platform. Users can create or join lobbies, debate on camera, comment, vote, and appear on leaderboards. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your verified phone number secure.
• Usernames must not impersonate others, include hate or harassment, or violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account from the Account menu. Deletion removes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create (video, audio, comments, topics). You grant Sparr.fun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, record, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service (including debate recordings on the feed).

You are solely responsible for your content and conduct. Sparr.fun does not endorse user opinions and is not liable for anything posted, streamed, or shared by users.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or stream nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Engage in hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying
• Share illegal content or encourage illegal activity
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scam, or manipulate votes / leaderboards
• Attempt to bypass bans, phone verification, or security controls
• Interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure
• Use the Service if you are under 18

Excessive profanity that becomes abusive may also result in removal or bans at our discretion.

6. Moderation

You can report content and block users in-app. We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Ban and enforcement decisions are final unless we choose to reverse them.

7. Camera & microphone

Debating requires camera and microphone access. You must only enable them when you intend to participate. Do not record or stream other people without their knowledge where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Sparr.fun branding, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Debates involve user-generated speech that may be offensive or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recording quality, or leaderboard accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparr.fun and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, or operational reasons.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
